We rely on the express courier DHL for our shipments.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours.

You will receive a confirmation email containing the Tracking Number to follow the status of your order.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For all other countries DAP (Delivery At Place) is used. If you are a resident of a non-EU country, we advise you to enquire about local taxes and duties before placing an order on Boysloft.co.uk.

Please be aware that any local sales taxes and or customs duties will be charged directly to you by the courier on each order at the time of dispatch and will not be refunded if the items are returned.

RETURNS

You can request the return of any product within 14 working days from the delivery date.

You can request the return by sending an email to customerservice@boysloft.it indicating the order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return and a photo.

Once the request has been sent, you will receive an email containing the documentation to be able to proceed with the return and the instructions to arrange the pick-up directly with the courier.

For returns from Italy, the fee is 10 euros.

For returns from the European Union, UK and Switzerland, the contribution is 20 euros.

For returns from non-EU countries, the contribution is 50 euro plus import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. The contribution will be deducted from the value of the refund.

For orders paid for by credit card, the amount will be reversed from our systems and made available again on the customer's account statement according to the timeframe provided by the bank that issued the card (usually the following month).

For orders paid by Paypal, the refund will be made directly to the Paypal account.

For orders paid for by Bank Transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account upon receipt of the full details of the account holder.

 

Refund: the refund will be made as soon as the quality control procedures have been completed, but no later than 14 days.

The refund time can vary from 3 to 10 working days. In particular:

  • Credit Card refund: the transaction will be reversed from our systems, approximately, within 10 working days after receipt of the return. The time required for the refund to appear on your account may vary and depends on the institution that issued the card. Please contact your bank in this case.
  • PayPal refund: the refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the return.
  • Bank transfer refund: when requesting the return, we ask you to also communicate your bank details so that we can make the refund, which will be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
